These terms govern purchases made on primestores.co.za. Prime Stores (Pty) Ltd, 138 Dr Yusuf Dadoo Street, Durban Central, 4001. By placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT at the prevailing rate. Prices may change without notice. The price at time of order confirmation is binding.
Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full. We reserve the right to cancel orders if stock is unavailable. You will be notified by email and refunded in full if we cannot fulfil your order.
We accept payment via PayFast (EFT, credit card, instant EFT, Mobicred). All transactions are secured via PayFast's encrypted payment gateway. We do not store card details on our servers.
Delivery is via Pep Paxi at a flat rate of R70 per order. Delivery times are estimates only. Risk passes to you once the parcel is handed to Pep Paxi. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier service. See our Delivery Information page for full details.
Unworn, unwashed items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Contact us at info@primestores.co.za before returning any item. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. We do not accept returns on sale items.
Please refer to the size information on each product page before ordering. We cannot accept returns due to incorrect size selection if the item has been worn or washed.
We collect personal information only to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Payment information is processed securely by PayFast and is never stored by us.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of KwaZulu-Natal.
