How We Deliver

All online orders are sent via Pep Paxi — a convenient parcel service with collection points at Pep stores nationwide. With over 2,500 locations across South Africa, there is almost certainly a collection point near you.

Simply choose your nearest Pep store as your delivery address and collect your order at your convenience.

Delivery Cost

Flat rate: R70 per order, nationwide.
No minimum order value. One flat rate regardless of what or how much you order.

How It Works

  1. Place your order and complete checkout on our website.
  2. We pack and dispatch your order within 1–2 business days.
  3. Your parcel is sent to your chosen Pep store via Pep Paxi.
  4. You receive an SMS notification when your parcel arrives.
  5. Collect at the Pep store with your ID and collection code — at your convenience.
